About Us:
CTTFB, Inc.
is a multi-faceted company providing a wide range of services ranging from
auditing to security related services, integrated within a high technology
environment. Harry Mottram, the Corporation's President, created CTTFB in
2002 after founding a successful company addressing motor vehicle tax fraud for Connecticut
Municipalities in 1998. Mr. Mottram, a retired State Trooper, had acquired
much experience in a variety of management positions during his 25 year career
with the Connecticut State Police. As you will notice in the Company's
Mission Statement, its essence is to help make government better.
Therefore, Mr. Mottram has assembled a diverse team of highly qualified
individuals who can quickly respond to the client's needs. Please find a

convenient service to taxpayers by simplifying the filing process while
providing a clear and complete record of filed information for the Assessor.

Declaration filings in a fair and equitable manner resulting in accurate total
assessments of taxable property.
